My shop policies:
Discounts: If you want more than 10 sets, message me for a custom listing with a discounted price of 10% off. I cannot provide a discount once you have checked out.
Donations: You may contact me if you want items donated to your charity organization. You must provide proof of your charity being registered through the state it is located.
Samples: Samples are available, but the cost of shipping and material to make the item must be paid upfront.
Shipping gone awry? I am happy to help, with over 20 years of selling online, I can get us through any debacle that may arise! For items lost, missing or damaged (which unfortunately, it does happen from time to time). I will have the items insured.
*If item is missing or damaged, a photo of the outside packaging, inside of packaging and damaged item and you will be required to verify online the insurance claim, a link will be sent to you.
*If item never arrives and it has been the required wait time, you will be required to verify online the insurance claim, a link will be sent to you.
*If the item is shipped to the wrong address, buyer forgot to update address on file when ordering... the item will be redirected back to me (usually takes a couple weeks) and the buyer will pay for shipping to the correct address. If I make a mistake on the buyers address, I will remake the item and mail it to the correct address.
*Cancellations- If an item is a custom request or something I do not carry in my shop, I will not cancel the order. If I do not have the item made by the time the cancellation is received and it is an item I carry in my shop I will cancel the order. If the item is made and shipping label is created, I will not cancel the order.
*Returns- I'm sorry but due to abuse of my previous return policy, I do not accept returns on any handmade items in my shop. If I make something for you, it is made with passion and love.
*Processing time- Right now I'm pretty busy, I have a One Week processing time. This time may be extended if I need to order custom supplies for your order (this includes larger than usual orders, ex.. more than 10 items), this will be discussed with you thoroughly before the time of order. I may get your items out earlier, depends on the current workload.
~ In USA...If you need your item sooner, I can make you a custom rush order, a charge of 10-15% of your order will apply (this will get your item out in 3-4 days) Also an option for expedited shipping will be available, cost will vary due to item weight and delivery method.. expedited for 1-2 day delivery or priority mail for 2-5 day delivery. It is important to know that USPS does not guarantee delivery times, and it is not covered under insurance. It is best to place your order with plenty of time to spare.
International Buyers – Please Note:
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
